High performance 2.4 GHz digital splitters are used for splitting a single coax line into 3 lines. These splitters are designed for applications that operate in the 5 MHz to 2.4 GHz range, which include: satellite, digital/HD cable TV, broadcast (over the air) TV, CCTV and other general purpose coaxial cable splitting requirements. Splitters support the 1 GHz to 2.4 GHz frequency range for satellite and on-demand cable television services. All ports on the 2.4 GHz splitters are power pass enabled. This allows any of the ports to be used to pass power from the satellite set top box to the satellite dish or multi-switch. All splitters include an internal printed circuit board design inside of a nickel plated zinc die cast housing which helps to improve overall splitter performance in return loss, insertion loss and port-to-port isolation measurements, resulting in a stronger, cleaner signal with more protection from outside signal interference. All 2.4 GHz splitters have a solid, sealed body for improved EMI/RFI performance. Machine formed threads on the F ports allow for smooth connector mating.
- Splits incoming signal into 3 separate signals
- 5 MHz to 2.4 GHz bandwidth ideal for HD satellite and digital cable TV
- PCB printed-circuit board design and soldered back for better shielding
- 2-Grounding screws eliminate the need for grounding block
- Use terminators (85-038) on all unused ports for optimal performance
- For 75 Ohm coaxial cable systems

It kept updating my satellite feed

bought this as it had a higher capable speed than the xFinity one that seemed to lose signal. installed it and still lost signal. Called the xFinity technician out and he said it wouldn’t work with video cables, only satellite cables. no biggie, I kept it anyway to use in another area.

Installed an antenna at my grandmother in law’s home so she could stop paying ridiculous cable TV prices. This splitter allowed us to serve all three of her TVs with one outdoor antenna. Low loss, didn’t even need a booster. Been working great for at least 6 months. Highly recommended.

I rated this as good because it did what I intended. I think that excellent suggests that it did something extraordinary. I’ve only had this installed for two weeks. It is installed out of doors so we’ll see how it holds up. I use it with two televisions and a phone/internet modem. The band pass is more than adequate for our needs and we have three computers connected to the internet with no indication of voice or internet speed problems. The package comes with screws. I was happy with the installed appearance and performance. It was moderately priced and stocked at my local . There’s not much more to ask, maybe I should have rated it as excellent. Regards Cliffc

Product is and does exactly as intended. Clerk who led me to it repeatedly called it a 4-way because “it has 4 connectors”. ;<)
