It wasn’t the product that I disliked it was the service or lack of that I received. Went to & asked for help with Online purchase, was sent to appliance dept to ask for BENJAMIN whom the customer service associate had called & informed I was on my way back. I could here him responded that he got off @ 7 & it was 6:38 I proceeded to the dept & waited at least 20 minutes with no help or site of any employees after pressing ‘help needed’ button so I ventured on myself & found someone.They seemed to be in training and uncertain about process, took a very long time to complete order. Was to be delivered within 4-5 days & then after waiting FEDEX lazy delivery person delivered to wrong address or threw it out but was never located. They took photo of delivery but was fake, & hopefully NO ONE has to go thru FEDEX lose experience!!! Don’t know how the item worked…I still haven’t received it or a refund from LOWES

This pigtail works great. My only recommendation to consumers……buy directly from the manufacturer/supplier. It’s almost $20 cheaper.
