Nice that its, tamper resistant, gfci, and has the night light. Easy to install

Perfect for a small nightlight in the bathroom or kitchen without taking up one of yout plugs. No more turing on full lights at midnight in the bathroom and waking up all the way because this is the perfect amount of light.

Not happy with the tamper resistant feature, but was the only LED GFI outlet in the store and so I got it. Very hard to plug in devices that don’t have polarized plugs, I guess because they don’t have a longer leg so both flaps get pushed together. Had a small 7w incandescent night light before and this lets that outlet space be freed up and the light is better also.

fit into old 1970’s paper gang box. Good light from the unit.

My husband installed this outlet in our new bathroom. I am very disappointed that the “night light” feature does not work at all. Plus the outlet itself is huge – does not look pleasant.

These are great, a lot brighter than I thought they would be

The biggest issue with this outlet is it is very, very difficult to put a plug into it. It is beyond tamper proof, at times I could not get the plug into the out. Save your time and money and buy a better brand.

Nightlight works great. Has sensor that cuts it off when the room is lit.

I installed this GFCI outlet in a bathroom that didn’t have the GFCI outlet protection previously. It was an easy installation. Just need to make the electrical connections correctly, verifying line side and load side. I like the added night light built-in. The light color rendering was about a 3000 K. I would have preferred a 4000 K, still it works well.

I put this in the kitchen after painting. At night it gives you enough light you can see where you’re walking if you need to see where you’re going. I really like it…

This makes a nice little nightlight at our bathroom sink.

In comparison to the comparable product from Leviton, this receptacle is .75″ deeper than the Leviton (1.3″ vs. 2.1″). That’s a huge difference if you don’t have outlet boxes with tons of space in them.

LED night light feature, love it. Very bright. Tamper Resistant feature makes plugging in a Polarized plug a fight. Non-polarized plugs are a battle royal. I have Tamper Resistant receptacles and this one is a real fight. The wiring instructions do have the ground plug oriented up on the illustrated diagrams, flipped orientation of most of homes in US. So be aware of the wiring.

Replaced an older model with this one. It’s not bad. Instead of a cooler color temperature, it’s closer to candlelight, which is much easier on the eyes.
The issue is that the nightlight turns on well before it gets dark. There’s nothing obscuring the photo sensor, it’s just overeager. Luckily it’s LED.

The install couldn’t be more straight forward. There’s a step by step guide that comes with the outlet. The light is a nice amber glow and it’s just bright enough to light up the bathroom. Just the perfect amount of light when you need to get up at midnight

When I first bought and installed this outlet, I was in love with it. It was so useful for when my young nephew would visit so he could have a night light in the bathroom. And it worked great for over a year. But I did notice that the night light stayed on even when the room was pretty eliminated. The regular Eaton outlet night lights that I have installed aren’t that sensitive. Then just this week, the night light stop working. When I called Eaton to file a warranty claim, they told me I would have to pay to ship it to Georgia for it to be repaired or replaced upon inspection. They are not going to reimburse me for the cost. But they may give me the same thing that will probably have the same issue. Strongly advise that you not by this!

This gives off plenty of light. I put this in a shared bathroom. This is a soft white instead of bright white or daylight. Now anyone who needs to go in the middle if the night can do so without being blinded by the light.

Call this Nerd Rage but I have serious dissatisfaction with the Night Light feature.
While the nightlight provides sufficient illumination when actually dark the sensor is poorly calibrated. The lamp remains “on” even when there is more ambient light in the room than the small lamp could ever produce. This is wasteful and annoying.
There is no control to perform custom adjustment of the cutoff level.
Furthermore the lamps are apparently incandescent and hot to the touch – I would expect they are drawing several watts of power. LEDs are still very cheap and much more efficient.
I cant imagine adding these features to substantially increase the cost of the unit but would greatly enhance its functionality and appeal.

Easy to follow directions . Replaced an old oualert in less than 5 minuperiod I watched there online video And had my exterior outlet replaced no time flat.

Great way to add safety at night for both adults and children.

I like it because it has a night light

The set screws didn’t have the firm grip that I’m used to in other brands of GFI Cs. Also the nightlight was too bright and oddly placed so that one of the plugs partially covered it.

loved the spray it worked so well in our kitchen!!

Everything a GFCI should be, plus a very nice night light that comes on when room is dark. Used in a hallway gives enough light to see 6′ down the hallway.

I have installed a lot of GFICs over the years and never had an issue. I go to install this Nightlight GFIC and nothing but issues. Now devices every once in awhile are sold bad. But what I am concerned and mad about is this device is missing the traditional yellow line cover insulated cover sticker. That and the wording on the back is so small and jumbled with directions that in dim lighting it is very hard to read. This made a 10-15 minute job, take for ever.
Even reading the directions didn’t help.
These things even extend past a actual Eaton wall plate when mounted flush to the wall.

The price nice clean glossY white color to finish the job.

Was able to get a two prong into one of the outlets after a struggle. Impossible to insert a three prong. Outlet would trip after a few minutes. Returning to store.
