I have a lot of experience with these receptacles, or rather the receptacles these are rebrands of. One unique thing about them is that you can’t (easily) side wire them – a #12 wire is very difficult to fit under the screw. The instructions say to back wire them and that’s really what you have to do.
Other than that, these work quite well and are a great value. I have about 15 in my home.

It’s a regular outlet, no special installation, but it offers USB plugs which is why I purchased. No issues with install, no issues using.

Installed easily and are working fine.

Works as designed but the faceplate is detachable but comes off too easily. I will probably need to put a small dab of superglue on to prevent this.

These outlets are a big hit with the family. They provide an easy and accessible place to charge and I have them throughout the house. They install easily and provide plenty of space for charging and plugged items.

I have had this product for almost a year and use it every couple of days. It was very convenient however I plugged in my iPad Pro to charge it like I always do and the USB port inside the plug shorted out and destroyed my $1600 iPad Pro. Be very careful with your expensive electronics, I don’t wanna see this happen to anybody else.

This is decent but when fast charging is the norm, this outlet will not satisfy your expectations. Look closely at the small print. This outlet is not Qualcomm fast charging compatible.

Got these installed yesterday and so far we love them. They are definitely on the larger side so make sure your box has enough room to house them, they are the same depth as a standard GFCI. Fast charging works great

These things are great and fast charge seems to work well. If you have a floating TV setup these are a must have to power peripherals without adding a power strip behind your TV.
Just make sure you have enough room in your J box as the size of these receptics are LARGE. Not much room to play with.

So far so good. Got them installed no issues. Only had them a week but no problems.

Great value for two outlets

Good looking & somewhat unique giving two outlets, two USB & 1 USB-C outlet in one gang. Only issue I had is that the tamper resistant receptacles were VERY stiff on all of them – I could not get any polarized plugs into the outlet. I’m used to the TR but these seem excessively stiff. Once running a straight bladed plug in and out a few dozen times it loosened up. Other than that solid & does what it says.

We haven’t installed these yet, but very excited to! It’s great they have both types of USB. It will be nice to have in the kitchen so we don’t waste an outlet space with the charging cube. Seems good quality, but only time will tell.

Easley to install . I had no issues following the provide instructions.

This product is very good, the only drawbacks are that it doesn’t connect in/out to another plug, and it is very difficult to get wires on the wire nuts (hardly any room) and lastly it is HUGE. A single electrical outlet box cannot handle any additional wires. But otherwise it’s great for single line outlets and very useful. I installed several for family and guests to charge phones. Seems they always borrow my charging bricks and then they disappear. I’d buy it again, just have patience installing if you are not an electrician.

These TR dual USB outlets were easy to replace the existing outlets in a kitchen and bathroom. The grandkids new electric toothbrushes charge with USB cables and phones/tablets/toys are always charging in the kitchen area. Now my daughter doesn’t have to locate transformers anymore or move one back and forth to outlets. The best part of the outlet is they have a metal plate under the fastening screw, even the ground lug, so the wire remains straight. Just slip the stripped end under the plate and tighten. It can accept two sets of black/white/green(bare) lines.

The USB has variable sensing technology to give the right charge to any device. Be sure to use the largest cubic inch capacity boxes for ease of wire crunching when time to install.
